At Mango Mobile, we aim to provide the best products and services and always strive to keep our customers happy.
You have a right to make a complaint if you are dissatisfied with our services or how we’ve handled your matter. So let us know what is bugging you and we’ll do our very best to resolve your issue in a quick and effective manner.
Once we receive your complaint, we’ll provide you with a Reference Number. You can track the progress of your complaint or ask for an update.
We’ll be in touch within 2 business days of receiving your complaint and do our very best to resolve everything as quickly as possible. Most complaints are resolved within 10 business days. If we need more time, we’ll let you know.
For an update, you can contact one of our friendly customer service representatives with your complaint Reference Number.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint or with the way in which we have handled your matter, you can ask the relevant industry ombudsman to assist you. You can also view our Complaints Handling Policy for more information.
